Adam is the Service Manager at Panintelligence, and the main aspect of his role is to oversee the business's support desk. Providing great customer service and ensuring that we're able to handle our partners' queries in a timely manner ensures that they can get the most out of our software.
Adam is no stranger to businesses like Panintelligence, having spent 20 years in software, mainly in data delivery and support roles. His background in delivering customer success services will enable the business to develop new services that meet our customers' needs, both at present and in the future.
Outside work, Adam enjoys spending time with family and friends, and following his two favourite clubs: Hull City and his son's local football team.
