Even as CEO, Zandra feels she has an easy job - marketing and selling a solution supported by a passionate and committed team. Since 2011 she has been involved in developing the business and was part of the original team involved in the management buyout in 2014. Sales is in Zandra’s bones and she spends much of her time enabling our partners and their people to be as passionate about Panintelligence as she is. Zandra is also a driving force in evolving our unique and innovative culture in the business.
Outside of work, family is Zandra’s number one priority. Weekends and holidays are often spent in their tourer caravan or ferrying her two monkeys to various social engagements. She is lucky to be surrounded by lots of extended family and a husband whose support enables her to pursue the job she loves.
Zandra is an enthusiastic painter and studied fine art at Leeds College of Art. We even have one of her painting on display in the office of a Spanish Flamenco dancer.
Zandra will have a go at anything related to sport, not a natural athlete, Zandra says “coming first isn’t as important as taking part”. Triathlon, Tough Mudder, Coast to Coast bike ride for charity, 10K runs, she never really stops. Zandra is also keen on scuba diving and usually goes to a sunny spot around the globe to spend a week on a boat checking looking for nudibrach.
Zandra founded the Leeds Lean In Ladies Circle and gives talks on gender diversity and women in technology. Recently shortlisted the Forward Ladies ‘Rising Star’ award, she recognises the need for women to support and inspire each other to fulfil their full potential.
