Sales Administrator

Job description

Due to our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Sales Team. This is a varied role with the opportunity for the right candidate to fast-track to an Account Manager position.

Duties will include:

  • Keeping Dynamics CRM system up to date with contacts, communications, leads and opportunities for account managers
  • Managing licence renewals and the receipt of Purchase Orders from partners and customers
  • Support account managers with general admin – printing, pricing, travel, diarising meetings
  • Administration and production of sales documents – NDAs, Evaluations etc.
  • Researching market opportunities and events
  • Attend weekly sales and team meetings, and provide updates on partner and customer activity

Channel Account Manager (Software Sales - Sage Channel)

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Channel Account Manager to ensure a first class service in delivering our best of breed products and services to the Sage partner community.

Duties will include:

  • Managing existing channel accounts; identifying and qualifying sales activities and business opportunities
  • Identifying and qualifying new partners – (the Account Manager is supported by excellent Marketing and Telesales Teams, providing warm leads for new partner opportunities)

Support Consultant

Job description

Due to our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Support Consultant to join our Support Team.

Duties will include:

  • Managing the support helpdesk at all times, ensuring calls are dealt with swiftly and professionally
  • Learning, installing, and configuring the Panintelligence Analytics software
  • Prioritising and managing many open cases at one time
  • Support for internal IT issues
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems, as well as diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • Building relationships with external customers and internal teams, sharing knowledge and information
  • Providing feedback to the development and product teams
