The challenge.

Winns were keen to improve reporting to drive efficiencies and enhance customer service by leveraging insights from their data. With business growth, the volume of reports they need to generate was putting pressure on reporting resources. They wanted a simple and secure way to share data within the business and provide reporting which was tailored to different users.

Their case management system, whilst holding all the relevant data, did not match the depth and speed of real time data presented within a dashboard. Different individuals within the business required different views of the data and often had differing requirements, which they couldn’t provide for.

The solution.

By implementing pi Reports, it enabled Winns to display real-time data on key metrics instantly and allowed them to see data across over 20,000 live files. This saved valuable time producing reports for key stakeholders and provided the more technically challenged with data they can understand and interpret.

With the current changes and challenges, having access to real time data has been crucial for the business to monitor performance.

Reports designed using pi Reports are sent to the relevant recipient, using the Scheduler at the end of each day, week and month, summarising key areas. pi Reports has allowed Winns to send out data in a format that is familiar to users.
