Their case management system, whilst holding all the relevant data, did not match the depth and speed of real time data presented within a dashboard. Different individuals within the business required different views of the data and often had differing requirements, which they couldn’t provide for.
By implementing Pi Reports, it enabled Winn to display real-time data on key metrics instantly and allowed them to see data across over 20,000 live files. This saved valuable time producing reports for key stakeholders and provided the more technically challenged with data they can understand and interpret.
