The pi Dashboard Introduction Course is designed for users new to the dashboard, providing an overview of both the front and back end of the pi Dashboard. This course is a technical baseline and prerequisite for other pi training courses.

Course Two

pi Advanced Chart Designer.

The pi Advanced Chart Designer course is aimed at those who will be configuring the system and generating the charts. 

This course builds on the Dashboard Introduction course while drilling down into the Chart Designer functionality. From Parent Charts, to Complex Drill Paths - this is where you learn it.

Course Three

pi Advanced Dashboard Configuration.

The pi Advanced Dashboard Configuration course is aimed at administrators. 

This course is for those that need to deep dive into the administrator functionality. From installing dashboards to data restrictions and data connection, we'll guide you through it all.

The pi Organisations course is aimed at professional services staff who install and configure Panintelligence products for customers.

This course teaches attendees how to manage multiple organisations within a single Panintelligence instance, allowing each to operate independently with its own users, data, and settings.

The pi Reports course is an introduction course for those who will be creating and scheduling reports in the dashboard.

This course builds on the Dashboard Introduction course and prepares you to be able to create reports, and schedule and monitor their progress as they are published.

pi Support.

The pi Support course is aimed at new support team members or new partners onboarding with us, who will be troubleshooting dashboard issues prior to needing our support.

This course builds on the learnings from courses one and three and sets the expectations on how you will provide support, and how to request additional support from us. We’ll cover the tools available to use, and direct you to hints and tips to common support queries.
